Basic Services to us include:

New appliance install (ex. dishwasher, over range microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, range oven, washer/dryer) etc.
TV mounting (plaster, cement, drywall, wood panel walls) etc.
Smoke Detector/ CO2 detector install or battery change
HVAC filter changing and vent cleaning

*If you need multiple of these services and would like them all taken care of in one day please book a punch list day with us, offered in the services tab. Payment of any additional costs other than the basic services price, and any materials used not supplied by the customer will be due immediately after completing the service.
The price of any one minimum service does not include material cost and the customer should supply any fixtures and material that they would have an opinion of style or functionality of. We Keep It Simple, we are here to accomplish the work, not to shop for the perfect faucet or light fixture for your house.
If you need multiple tasks taken care of, then this is for you. This is perfect for someone who is moving out of a rental and wants to be sure they get their deposit back! Or if you are a landlord and want to get your property rented out ASAP after a tenant has moved out and did not leave the property the way they received it. Or even the homeowner who just hasn’t had the time to attack the growing list of small things to do around the house. Call us today to book a punch list day and get all those pesky tasks off your plate for good.
We charge a minimum fee to get us to the door so that we can assess the list of items that need taken care of and give the customer our best fair market value price per item on the punch list.
If you have a broken pipe, an outlet that is smoking and tripping a breaker, or any thing else you want a quick response to just call the number from the contact us section of this page or on the homepage.
We call it quick response services because we will do our best to get to your problem or concern as fast as possible. If we do not answer immediately, we will call or text back as soon as we can.
If your problem is an emergency where something is on fire or flooding your whole house….call 911 not us.
For a quick response we will get on site as fast as possible and stop any immediate issues. If the issue is going to take more action after solving the immediate issue then we will discuss when we can return and what it will take to solve any damage that has occurred
The price of a quick response is to simply get us there as fast as possible, but will not cover any materials that were used or needed. Materials will be billed to the final cost. .
Book a consultation with us to schedule a medium to small project in person consultation. This gives us time to go over the expectations of the customer and visually inspect the issue or project area. We will also get an idea of the material needed and a time frame for the project to be completed. Consultations are important to us to get on the same page as the customer and it will allow us to give the customer a better picture of the work required to achieve the result that is wanted.

Exterior repairs. (facia, siding, window sashes, gutter repair/replacement, deck board replacement, railing repairs, concrete repairs, exterior painting) etc.
Deck builds or full replacements
Half bath remodels/facelifts
Kitchen remodels/facelifts
Interior painting
Shed builds
No work will be done during the consultation but it ensures that we give you, the customer, full attention and the info that you need to make a decision about moving forward with scheduling work to be done. Depending on the size and scope of the project, this purchase will be deducted from the final cost of the project if you decide to proceed with scheduling work to be done.
Schedule your in person consultation
All projects are important to us, and on bigger projects we believe there is value in talking over a project with the customer in person, to get the best picture of what you want and need. During your in person consultation it gives us time to visually inspect the project in order to give the customer the best idea of what the project will take to complete. We would also go over what materials are needed and review the schedule ahead. If you are unsure if your project would need an in person consultation, don’t hesitate to call so we can get a quick idea as to the scope of the work.

KIS is a one stop, one call Handy man service that is based out of Palmerton Pennsylvania but serves the greater Lehigh Valley area.
